About

I'm Pepe - born in Spain, and in love with Provence. I landed here in 2018 by chance, and then I never left, enchanted by its idyllic landscapes, its fascinating layers of history, and most of all the irresistible lifestyle and the warmth of its people.

Guiding found me by accident, after having started my professional journey as a neuropsychologist researcher first, and then having shifted to working in a big travelling company, an experience which inspired me to try my luck on the ground and guide people through the places I loved.

Since 2023, I’ve been guiding small groups by van through the marvels of Provence: the uniquely preserved Roman heritage of Arles and Nîmes, the medieval hilltop villages of the Luberon and the Alpilles, the lavender fields of Valensole, the seaside cliffs of the French Riviera, and much more. In Marseille — my beloved city and the place I now call home — I also lead walking tours through its vibrant streets and layered stories.

Along the way, I became both an officially licensed guide and a licensed driver, so you can explore safely, comfortably, and with the insights of someone who truly knows this region.

I believe a good guide — a modern-day cicerone — doesn’t just show you the sights, but helps you experience them in a new way. That’s what I hope to bring to your journey in Provence.
